All of the staff at the surgery aim to provide a caring and friendly service to our patients. Sometimes things don't run smoothly and if this is the case then the Practice Manager will be happy to deal with any comments or suggestions you may have. You can telephone or write to the practice manager or use the suggestion box within the waiting room to pass on your comments.
Please remember that staff do not have to tolerate any abusive or rude behaviour towards them and the Partners reserve the right to remove patients from the practice list if they are rude or abusive.

Trish is responsible for the day to day running of the practice
The secretaries ensure that hospital referrals and liaison with other doctors and healthcare professionals is undertaken smoothly for the benefit of all patients.
|The reception team are there to assist you in making appointments and dealing with queries you may have. They are trained to be able to provide the correct time allocation for your appointment. Their role can be very demanding, however they are always willing to assist you.|
