"Very well presented and informed course,  Would thoroughly recommend anyone with Diabetes to attend.  Plenty of understanding informative and helpful tips of how to live a normal life with Diabetes"

"I have been told that I am on the verge of developing Diabetes Type 2 so the X-Pert course has made me realise I have to put things right quickly before it develops any further.  I have learnt so much and the course has been very helpful.  I have learnt why diabetes develops, how important it is to loose weight and what to eat to reduce blood glucose levels to prevent Type 2 Diabetes, possible complications and a lot more.  I have been on tablets for high blood pressure for many years and I was diagnosed with high blood cholesterol last year and so am on tablets for that too.  I am now much more motivated to put things right so the tablets can be reduced and I do not get Diabetes Type 2.  The Course has certainly given me more confidence and made me realise the seriousness of my situation.  Thank you Penny and X-Pert for your valuable help"
